Model Withdrawal Form
§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, concluding sales agreements, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints.
Sales agreements are concluded in the Polish language.
§2 Types of Products
The Store offers two types of products:
• Made-to-order products – manufactured after the order is placed and payment is received.
• Ready to Ship products – items available in stock.
§3 Placing Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day.
Full prepayment (100% of the product price) is required to process an order.
The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing via email.
§4 Prices and Payments
All prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
The Store accepts payment via:
• bank transfer,
• electronic payment operators,
• PayPal.
Order processing begins after full payment has been received.
§5 Production Time and Delivery
Made-to-order products are completed within 3–14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
During periods of increased demand (e.g., Black Friday, promotional campaigns), the production time may be extended, but not longer than 60 business days.
Ready to Ship products are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time depends on the selected carrier.
Shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process.
§6 Sizes
Products are made strictly according to the size chart available in the Store.
The Customer is responsible for selecting the correct size.
Differences in fit related to individual body shape do not constitute a defect if the product was made according to the selected size.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving a “Ready to Ship” product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, as these are custom-made items manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Returned products must not show signs of use and must be returned in original condition.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
§8 Complaints
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Complaints may be submitted:
• via email at info@kamaprops.eu
• in writing to the company’s registered address.
The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.
§9 Personal Data
The controller of personal data is Kamaprops Kamila Redzisz.
Details regarding personal data processing are included in the Privacy Policy.
§10 Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication.
